Our first family outing of the season took us to CatBoat Pizza Bar in Alexandria, VA, where we enjoyed pizza, slushies, plane‑spotting, and a sunny walk along the pier. With Big Sis home and Greyson loving every moment — especially the Caesar salad and sailboats — it felt like the perfect early start to summer. We even ended the day with hot chai at The Turkish Lady café, a sweet nod to our family’s Turkish roots.
